As Director, James is tasked with making sure the agency is moving in the right direction (funny that). In fact, James is no stranger to giving people direction. A personal trainer in a previous life, he has spent most of his career as a technology recruiter based out of the UK and Australia. In his most recent previous role as Sales Director at LDN Apprenticeships, James supported (directed) over 300 young people, helping to kickstart their digital careers.
Motivated by his time working with apprentices (managing a team of millennials to sell over £1.8 million of training using a simple framework to maximise their potential), James has a big vision: to see businesses unafraid to invest in the next generation of talent in the digital space.
James is a strategic thinker. He has an uncanny ability for seeing the big picture, then breaking it down and systematising the processes needed to achieve it. Our clients benefit greatly from his systematic approach to funnel creation, outreach, and sales. James also coaches and mentors individuals helping them to understand and implement his systems and processes to grow their businesses.
A great advocate of personal branding, James is probably best known for the red-rimmed sunglasses that he uses for his social media selfies and his YouTube channel. As he says, “Otherwise, I am just another bald bloke.”
