We’re thrilled to announce today that Chris Bruno has become the Fractional CMO at DataUnion. Today marks the next step in the relationship between Social INK and DataUnion. After working with the Co-Founders, Robin Lehmann and Dr. Mark Siebert, since the end of 2021, an agreement has been made for Chris to help drive the future of DataUnion’s marketing.
DataUnion is building a DataUnions-as-a-Service platform to create unions that produce AI-ready data and co-owned insights. The company is currently building a platform that will serve as the foundations for a new decentralised, and democratised, data ecosystem. Their vision is to allow organisations, businesses and individuals to upload, annotate and verify data in an ecosystem that shares the value created from this AI-ready data.
Chris Bruno commented “DataUnion is at the forefront of a web3 disruption of how data is collected, annotated, verified and monetised. Together, we’ll shape a future data ecosystem, on top of Ocean Protocol and other chains, that’s fair, open, transparent and most importantly, will benefit all those involved in the process. The current shift from Web2.0 to Web3.0 plays a big part in Social INK’s business strategy and we’ve been servicing clients in the blockchain space since 2017. Now our focus, and aim, is to become the ideal marketing partner for this new world that’s fast approaching.

One of the key criteria that Social INK is focused on at the moment is the idea of Marketing3.0. In today’s space, Web3.0 projects are limited to the tools and platforms available (where audiences are already abundant) which is almost exclusively Web2.0 based. But as the world changes, and as businesses become DAOs, shareholders become token holders, it’s clear to see that marketing will need to evolve too.
With DataUnion we’re very excited to be pushing these boundaries and moving their marketing efforts from broadcasting style content to collaboration focused content. Keep your eyes peeled, we’ve got some exciting stuff planned and coming soon.
