2012 - PRESENT
We've had lots of clients over the years, with the majority staying with us due to our customer-centric focus. We started working with AquaGib, Gibraltar's Water Utility company in 2012. What they needed at the time was an online presence that would help them disseminate information through online platforms to keep their customers up to date with what they were currently doing.
We started working on the website, and just before Christmas it was ready to go. We launched Gibraltar's first dynamic utility company website. It had information, forms and applications, but most importantly, it was kept up to date by our team. AquaGib didn't just need a platform, they needed the service that insured the site was up to date at ALL times.
So we developed a bespoke package for them. What did this include?
The bespoke package had to include continuous updates being added to the site, and these updates being shared on social media platforms that had been created.
So with a new Facebook page and Twitter account we set to work. Nice uniform branding going throughout the various platforms we started a 2 year contract of ensuring that AquaGib was ALWAYS up to date in Gibraltar.
Fast forward to 2014
When our contract was coming up for renewal we were thrilled that AquaGib chose to continue using Social INK's services. They felt that this online presence had become an essential part of how their customers in Gibraltar kept up to date with works, service interruptions and access to applications.
We continued moving forward with another year's partnership with AquaGib, which included helping them to implement and deliver a new Bill Format for Gibraltar.
This was particularly exciting as we were able to get involved in multiple channel marketing for them, including print media, display media, video and social.
